Over the past several years we’ve published over twenty issues of our GATHERING anthology and have covered such themes as DESPAIR, HEROES, HOPE, ROMANCE, SCI FI, WAR and WESTERN.

Currently the editors are plotting out the remaining books for our 2014 schedule (and beyond) and we’d like your feedback.

So what theme would you like to see us cover next?

Post your answers in the comments section. And maybe, if we like it, you’ll see it listed as one of our choices.

VAMPIRES! Not the sparkly, stupid kind, though. There are so many different types and ways you could go with them and you do a lot of horror stories. Think about it.

Noir. Sports. Historical Fiction. Conspiracies. Addiction. Walls (Hadrian’s Wall, The Berlin Wall, The Great Wall of China, the Wailing Wall, prison, school, insane asylum, being grounded…stories where a wall, a barrier is critical to the story).

    Love, sadistic and twisted love.

There are always good stories surrounding the holidays.
    Crazy superheroes?

    Dark Age inspired heroes
    Women heroes
    Creature horror (any/all supernaturals)
    EC comics inspired

i think the obvious choice would be

    1 . Zombiess!!

but if not zombies u think it should be sci fi aliens

  25. Micheal Dark January 6, 2014 at 4:58 pm #

    Fairy Tales

  26. Valerie January 31, 2014 at 2:09 pm #

I have an odd idea. Every story has a character, or references a character, of the same name but not the same person
. The name would work for a male or female, Leslie Jones, Andie Smith, so that the character could be either. Just a thought.

Has there ever been a full on Super Hero book? I know there was the hey kids one, but an honest to goodness beat em up, I-think-I’m-a-rock-star-crazy super hero themed book. That.. would be 90’s style awesome.
