We originally planned to announce these titles at NYCC but changed our minds for a few reasons, the most important being we didn’t want to get lost in the sea of announcements from the Big Two. Also, with submissions now open, a new Kickstarter beginning this weekend and comic sites across the net interviewing various staff a lot of this stuff was starting to leak anyway.

For nearly three years The Gathering anthology has afforded nearly 200 comic creators the opportunity to have their work published for the first time. GrayHaven Comics has been dedicatd to giving aspiring creators their big break and through fourteen issues (so far) of The Gathering anthology, we’ve have done just that. Along with newcomers to publishing, The Gathering has also featured the works of pros like Sterling Gates (Supergirl, Captain Victory), John Jackson Miller (Star Wars), Mike Lapinski (Feeding Ground), Brent Peeples (Last of the Greats), Gail Simone (Batgirl, Secret Six) and Len Wallace (Love Buzz) with many more to come.

Now we begin Phase Two.

GrayHaven Comics will be aggressively expanding their publishing line. New One Shots, Mini Series and Ongoings will begin to roll out over the next few months through New York Comic Con and into 2013

Already on deck are collected print editions of two of our most popular webcomics: KID ROBO  by Marc Deschamps and Chris Chamberlain and FURTHER ADVENTURES OF AN ANNUATED ADVENTURER by Gary Hogan and Blake Sims. These should both be available in early 2013.
